4300 Tech (4300.tech) is a low-voltage systems integrator. We work where voice and data cabling, network backbone, and security or AV meet on the same wire.
Modern IP cameras and AV-over-IP ride Cat6. Cameras often draw PoE from the switch. Conference sound and access control still need clean pathways back to the closet. The trades overlap because they share that foundation.
We design the plant and we install it. That means labeled pulls, PoE capacity that matches device counts, and commissioning that closes the loop when the scope includes cameras, access, alarms, or AV.
Our focus is the Tampa Bay region and the Central Gulf Coast of Florida. Offices, warehouses, shared commercial spaces, and residential builds that need structured wiring done carefully.
Jobs often sequence as a relay: cabling pull, then network and PoE, then security or AV commission. Sometimes those steps belong to different crews. Often one low-voltage crew covers all three. We can run the full stack or hand off cold cable when that is what the project needs.
Voice stays concrete. Cat6, PoE, NVR, cold drops, labeled pathways. We prefer clear scope over marketing language.
