Design and installation on the same low-voltage plant

We plan the paths, pull the cable, stand up the network, and commission security and AV when the job calls for one crew from closet to device.

Who we build for

Commercial

Offices, warehouses, and shared spaces

Data closets, camera plants, access control, conference rooms, and commercial sound systems that share backbone and PoE capacity with office traffic.

Residential

Structured wiring and theater-style AV

Whole-home Cat6, media rooms, outdoor camera runs, and clean terminations so the house network and entertainment gear stay maintainable.

What we install

Cabling

Structured voice and data

Horizontal and backbone Cat6 (and related) from MDF or IDF to wall, ceiling, and outdoor camera or speaker locations. Labeled, testable drops. Cold cable left for a later commissioning crew when that is how the job is sequenced.

  • Closet-to-device pulls
  • Patch panels and rack dressing
  • Voice and data pathways
Network

PoE and segmentation

IP cameras and AV-over-IP live on the customer network. We stand up PoE switching so devices draw power from the rack, and design routing so HD streams do not starve office traffic.

  • PoE switch build-outs in MDF / IDF
  • Camera and AV VLAN planning
  • Path and power for device density
Security

IP cameras, access, alarms

Mount, terminate, and wire IP cameras, motion sensors, card readers, and alarm paths back to NVR or control panel. Commissioning sits on the same plant the cabling and network crews prepared.

  • Camera and NVR integration
  • Access control wiring
  • Panel and sensor runs
AV

Commercial sound and conference

HDMI, speaker, and related runs for commercial sound, conference rooms, and residential theater-style spaces. When AV rides IP, it depends on the same Cat6 and switch discipline as the cameras.

  • Conference room AV
  • Commercial sound systems
  • Residential media rooms

How a job sequences

A camera or speaker goes live in a relay. On many projects, one low-voltage crew covers all three steps.

  1. Cabling pull

Cat6 from the server room or closet to the ceiling or wall location. Paths labeled and ready.

  2. Network and PoE

Switch (often PoE) so the drop has power and a clean path on the customer network.

  3. Security and AV commission

Mount the device, terminate, and program NVR, panel, or AV system software.
